Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 or have legal guardian consent.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
- You are responsible for activities under your account.
Orders, Pricing & Taxes
- Prices may change without notice.
- Applicable taxes/levies may be added.
- We may cancel orders in case of pricing errors.
- Digital delivery is provided after successful payment.
License & Use

- Non-transferable: License is non-transferable and may not be resold.

Updates & Support
Product updates are provided per your plan. Support is offered in good faith with reasonable response times; no particular outcome is guaranteed.

We may rely on payment, hosting, analytics, etc. Their separate terms apply and we are not responsible for their changes.
Acceptable Use
- Unlawful, harmful or infringing use is prohibited.
- No security circumvention, reverse engineering or service disruption.
- No reproduction/distribution beyond license scope.

Infringement Notices

Payments & Refunds
- For digital products, refunds are generally not offered once downloaded/accessed.
- Consumer law rights remain unaffected; we will assist in good faith where appropriate.
- Licenses may be suspended in case of suspected chargebacks.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access upon breach. Termination does not limit our right to seek other remedies.
Disclaimers
Products are provided “as is”; we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the last 12 months for the relevant product.
